Every college student knows that it is hard to get a full night sleep. Students should know that they should get at least 8 hours of sleep. I know for me, that getting around 8 hours odf sleep is always my goal.

It is definitely hard to get enough sleep as a student between having classes all day and work there's almost never enough time to sleep! I do try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep everyday, but sometimes it is very difficult with the amount of things I have to do on a daily day.
