Ferguson Reaction

What happened in Ferguson last night was just plain sick. I get that people are upset and angry about what the outcome of the trial was, but that doesn't mean that they had to destroy almost every business in the town because of what the outcome was. I stayed up until 1 a.m. last night watching live feed on CNN on what was happening in Ferugson, and let me tell you i was ashamed of the people who were doing it and I don't even live there. Just because a trial didn't go the way that you wanted it too, doesn't mean that you have to protest violently about it. The parents of the victim didn't want violent protest, and yet the mother of the victim was outside by the protest, screaming about what happened. Yes it is sad what happened, but the mother should have not been outside while the protest was going on, since she said it herself that they shouldn't have a violent protest. Then there was President Obama's speech about the situation in Ferguson. I thought that he did the right thing, and people are making it out that the President said that they shouldn't protest at all. That is not what he said. He said simply that if you are to protest, do it peacefully.
